Here are a few details about shipping, orders, returns & care

We ship via USPS, please allow 3-4 days for processing upon placing your order. You will be notified when your package ships with an email. Please e-mail aloha@littlelilohawaii.com prior to purchase if you need your products to arrive by a certain date.

Once you receive your tracking information via email we can no longer hold responsibility for the delivery of your package. Should you have any issues with shipping please contact USPS directly to track your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact aloha@littlelilohawaii.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will determine if you are eligible for store credit. 

All exchanges must be purchased directly from Little Lilo Hawaii, must be unworn, have tags and hygiene stickers still in place and have original packaging.

Please allow 3-4 days to process your exchange.

Shipping costs of the exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once your exchange is received and inspected you will be notified via email and will receive store credit in the form of a gift card. 

We cannot guarantee availability of the replacement item, please read our size chart and comments on sizing carefully.

Please keep in mind that we are a very small business and appreciate every purchase very much.

Rinse your suits in cold water after each wear.

Use a gentle soap if necessary.

Hang dry in the shade.

Do not use bleach & do not put in the washing machine or dryer.

If sand gathers between layers of the girls swimwear soak in cold water for 5-10 minutes prior to rinsing. Run under cold water to rinse thoroughly. Allow to air dry and once dry shake the suit vigorously to loosen the sand out. If sand is being extra stubborn, once the suit is dry use a hairdryer on cold to blow the sand out.
